1 Introduction & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 88bt platform and its users ("Member" or "you"). 88bt is an online betting and gaming platform that offers cricket betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and many other gaming options for players in Bangladesh.

By accessing the 88bt website or app, creating an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you fully accept these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the platform.

Key Definitions

"Platform" — The 88bt website, mobile site, or any digital service.
"Member" — Any individual who holds a registered account at 88bt.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account at 88bt. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each member may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts for the same individual is strictly prohibited. If it is found that someone is operating multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed and any balances held in them may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. 88bt reserves the right to suspend or close any account where false or incorrect information has been provided.

2.4 Identity Verification

88bt may request relevant documents to verify a member's identity at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold until the verification process is complete.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Methods & Minimum Amount

88bt currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, this timeframe may change if identity verification or a security check is required.

3.3 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals must generally be made through the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawals are available via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.

3.4 Deposit Security

All transactions are secured with SSL encryption. 88bt will never ask any member directly for their mobile banking PIN or password.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.

Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
Deposit ৳12,000 or more → maximum ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳17,000

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times and applies only to the bonus amount — not to the deposit amount. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing bonus winnings (৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000).

4.3 General Bonus Terms

A member may receive the welcome bonus only once.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
88bt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings on the relevant account will be forfeited.

4.4 VIP Program Cashback

The 88bt VIP Program has four tiers: Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.8%; Gold — up to 1.1%; and Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback. Members can move up to higher tiers through regular play.

5 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and involvement in any of them may result in permanent account closure:

Using any automated software, bots, or scripts to play.
Using or accessing another person's account.
Dishonestly exploiting any vulnerability or flaw in the system.
Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
Abusing the bonus system or placing coordinated artificial bets.
Harassing, intimidating, or behaving inappropriately toward other members.
Operating multiple accounts using false information.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

No bet at 88bt will be considered confirmed until it has been fully processed. If a bet is incorrectly accepted due to a technical error, 88bt reserves the right to void that bet.

6.2 Result Determination

The outcome of all events will be determined according to data from the relevant sports authority or game provider. The decision of 88bt is final.

6.3 Event Cancellation

If a sporting event is cancelled or postponed and does not take place within the scheduled timeframe, bets placed on that event will be refunded.

6.4 Bet Limits

The minimum and maximum bet limits for various events and games will be displayed on the platform. 88bt reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

7 Account Security

Maintaining the security of your account is entirely your responsibility. The following must be observed:

Never share your password with anyone.
Always log out after using a public device or Wi-Fi.
If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify the support team immediately.
Use a strong password — a combination of numbers, uppercase and lowercase letters, and symbols.

88bt will not be liable for any loss to an account resulting from third-party access, unless it is proven that the fault lay within 88bt's own systems.

8 Responsible Gaming

88bt believes that gaming is a form of entertainment. It is every member's responsibility to use the platform responsibly.

Do not bet beyond your means.
Avoid placing more bets in an attempt to recover losses.
Take breaks on your own; use 88bt's self-exclusion and deposit limit features.

9 Intellectual Property & Content

All content on the 88bt platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and game interfaces — is protected by the intellectual property rights of 88bt or its licensors. Copying, reproducing, or distributing this content without written permission from 88bt is prohibited.

Third-party game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, and Spribe retain their respective intellectual property rights.

10 Limitations & Disclaimers

10.1 Service Availability

11 Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Rights of 88bt

88bt may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

If evidence of a breach of these Terms is found.
If fraud or money laundering is suspected.
If evidence of false information being provided is found.
If a technical error is exploited to gain an unfair advantage.

11.2 Member Rights

A member may also request closure of their account at any time. The opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided before the account is closed, unless the closure is due to a breach of these Terms.

15 Applicable Law
